Initial Consult ($99) 

Cost is $99 whether or not you decide to start medication treatment

• 1 hour 1:1 visit with an experienced clinician with primary care background 

• Review your medical history 

• Review your social history (diet, exercise, stress, sleep, etc.)

• Review your wellness goals and questions

• Review lab results within the year, add additional labs that are missing

• Discuss GLP-1 agonists, how they work, risks versus benefits, and determine if you are a candidate for GLP-1 agonist treatment

Monthly Treatment​

• If you move forward with monthly treatment, your $99 from the initial consult will go towards the first month payment ​

• Cost will be dose dependent (each phase is a different set of doses)

  • Phase 1: $500/month​

  • Phase 2: $600/month

  • Phase 3: $700/month

• What this includes:

  • Medication & supplies (4 injections/month)​

  • Optional weekly visits with your clinician 

  • Optional weekly weigh-ins

  • Access to the clinician to manage side effects, questions, concerns, and dose adjustments

Maintenance Treatment 

• Once you've completed 6 months, you may default to the maintenance program $250/month (only available for certain doses)
