Initial Consult ($99)
Cost is $99 whether or not you decide to start medication treatment

1 hour 1:1 visit with an experienced clinician with primary care background

Review your medical history

Review your social history (diet, exercise, stress, sleep, etc.)

Review your wellness goals and questions
-
Review lab results within the year, add additional labs that are missing

Discuss GLP-1 agonists, how they work, risks versus benefits, and determine if you are a candidate for GLP-1 agonist treatment

Monthly Treatment​

If you move forward with monthly treatment, your $99 from the initial consult will go towards the first month payment ​

Cost will be dose dependent (each phase is a different set of doses)
